Job Scope:

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, client and subcontractor management, design adherence, budget control, and sourcing materials. The PM will work closely with design teams and clients to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and profitability objectives are met.

A.Time Line Management

• Develop comprehensive project timelines and manage order of project fabrication.
• Identify critical time frames and allocate time slots to finalise designs with the design team.
• Ensure that project details are reviewed and finalised with designers at least one week prior to the commencement of work. Exceptions will be made for projects with very tight lead time.

B.Client Management

• ● Identify and document defects, secure necessary client approvals, and communicate deliverables.
• ● Liaise with clients regarding deliverable schedules based on sub-contractor timelines, team availability, and overall project inputs, including time, cost, and design requirements.

C. Cost Management

• Scope out, cost, and budget projects based on targeted design (TD) to ensure design integrity.
• Break down costs and ensure clear documentation to achieve profitability while maintaining high standards.
• Manage Profit and Loss (PnL) to ensure project profitability.
• Calculate and submit final PnL

D.Procurement and Supplier Coordination

• Procure materials, furnishings, and other project items according to the design specifations provided by the design team.
• Coordinate with sellers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
• Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.

E.Design Adherence

• Ensure that design standards are met and maintained, applying creative problem-solving to address fabrication challenges.

F.Subcontractor Coordination

• Effectively communicate with subcontractors regarding design specifications and fabrication methods.
• Utilize basic sketching or hand-drawing skills to convey design concepts where necessary.
• Submit invoices from Subcontractor upon completion of their jobs via email

The Management Accountant will work closely with the GM and CFO to drive financial strategies

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Program Planning Assistant Manager to support our team in delivering high-impact events and programmes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

He/she will work with the Planning team comprising programme and project managers, corporate communications, external partners and vendors to successfully execute events, and deliver programme initiatives.

• Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics coordination and scheduling.
• Support communications efforts, including drafting content and managing social media channels.
• Liaise with external parties and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Contribute to PMO-related tasks, including progress tracking and reporting.
• Track, maintain & monitor budget utilisation & expenses.
• Prepare & publish periodic reports e.g. manpower, expenses.
• Support procurement needs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Manage project timelines and deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to other team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, IT or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in programme / event planning, project coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, document, and maintain robust service delivery processes.

• Prepare financial reports and analyses for management review.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required skills:

• Years of experience in IT service management or in Tech Risk with a focus on governance and control within an IT enterprise environment

• Relevant industry certification (e.g: ITIL, Six Sigma, COBIT)

• Solid writing, documentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in the areas of Risk Management, IT audit or IT security is an added advantage

• Prior working experience in banking or financial institutions would be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of MAS or APAC financial regulators technology risk guidelines or mandates would be valuable.
