MAIN PURPOSE

Working closely with Global business solution team as Finance Lead System Analyst in APAC.

Manage the overall process of AMS L1 on support on Finance function across APAC organisation.

Responsible for leading Finance function and related cross-functional/technical/process issue resolution and coordination within the AMS team, escalating as necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage the overall process of AMS L1 on support on RTR / Record to Report (FICO) area ensuring smooth functional operations across APAC organisation.

· Work with Global Business Solution team, affiliate stakeholders, key users and System Integrators in RTR functions

· Support RTR (FICO), Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC) and expense claim (concur) functions.

· Identify gaps and related system needs, while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice by rolling out standard solution.

· Plan, Track, analyze and report solution progress to Business Solution manager.

· Monitor, review and resolve escalated issues relating to Finance functional area with RCA and CAPA processes.

· Lead a team of Finance AMS support professionals, providing mentorship and supports.

· Responsible for Finance support, SLA on Incidents, Problems and Change Requests and provide intervention guidance and proactive solutions when required.

· Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements.

· Support planning, coordination and execution of workshops/trainings involving IT and end-users.

· Involve in project rollouts for RTR, BPC processes.

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's Degree in I.T, Computers or related field

· Minimum 5 years in SAP FICO experience

· Experienced in managing the SAP support team/contractors for SAP FICO area.

· Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules

· Business knowledge and process design skills especially in SAP Finance/Record to Report

· Experienced in system integrations between SAP systems, and with 3rd parties systems.

· Possess basic knowledge of SAP authorization troubleshooting.

· Team management and coordination skills for virtual, cross-cultural teams

· Effectively communicates technical concepts to users and business concept to tech team.

· Set, manage expectations, handle difficult/sensitive situation tactfully and defuse tension.

· Self-motivated and detail-oriented

· Experience working with geographically diverse teams.

· Collaborate well in cross functional matrix environment.

Fabrica AI is creating a future where ideating and developing a robot for any task takes days, not years. We believe that by training end to end controls in simulation with reinforcement learning and above that iterating hardware designs, we can automate the whole development process.

To validate our approaches for our AI system and to collect data, we invented an automatic tile grouting robot that boosts productivity by up to 5x and are piloting it on construction sites in Singapore managed by Woh Hup, BHCC, Gin Chia, Soilbuild, Chan Rong Fen, and Dragages. Tile grouting is the process of filling up the gaps between tiles after the tiles have been laid. We invented a patented robot that is able to automatically grout and clean tile gaps with only a press of a button.

We’ve raised over 3m USD from Hoxton Ventures, Credo Ventures, our Professor from Cambridge University, Woh Hup, ffVC, and the owner of BHCC (listed construction company).
