· Experience in supplier qualification, auditing and corrective action processes

Expertise and methodology

· English Language (fluent in written and speech), preferably Mandarin

· Experience in SAP/R3

· Excellent negotiation skills

· Able to optimize the supplier relationship by combining supplier’s and internal processes, building trust, measuring and developing suppliers

· Good understanding of the supply chain and of the critical production and assembly processes

· MS-Office packages (Word, Power-Point, Excel)

Operations Manager [ Parking Management ]

• Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days | Mon-Sat: 9am to 6pm | 12pm to 9pm | 2pm to 11pm
• Working Location: Island wide (as job requires frequent movement of different carparks)
• Salary Range: $3200 + Transport Allowance (Car: $640 | Bike: $390)
  
  Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the business
• Scheduling manpower
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Analyze operational data and metrics to improve efficiency
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet performance standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Lead and manage the logistics operations to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards
• Ensure safe work environment for all employees
• Drive cost saving & operations efficiency
• Maintain good working relationships with customers and management
• Any adhoc duties as assigned
