Team Summary

The Card Product group manages the deployment and optimization of Visa’s core products base consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions globally. The team is also responsible for the development and deployment of innovation across this product suite. To do this, we work in close partnership with Visa clients and key internal and external stakeholders across the globe. Director, Credit Product Management (AP) does at Visa:

Reporting to the Head of Core Product Management, AP, the role-holder will be responsible for initiatives across three broad areas of responsibility:

Credit Product best practices, leading identification, development and execution of Credit product best practices to drive improvements in usage, activation and preference for Visa amongst issuers and consumers

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Product Manager to lead the implementation and operations of key corporate functions, focusing on strategy, development, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy, development, and roadmap execution for corporate functions.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to align requirements and features.
• Ensure continuous product enhancement and operational relevance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee daily product operations and conduct user training.
• Provide progress updates and management reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business IT or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in enterprise solutions
• Proven experience in project management with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and product backlog management.
• MS office : Jira and Miro

This role requires a strategic thinker who can handle hands-on tasks while aligning long-term goals with evolving corporate needs.

Salary range : $6,500.00 - $8,500.00
