About The Performance Management Function and Team

This role sits within the Strategy, PMO and Performance Management for APAC Contract Logistics business. This function is predominantly focused on driving in-depth performance analysis of financial and commercial aspects of the logistics business. 2. Investment Management

• Analyse investment applications for Logistics business proposals (new projects & renewals) and provide recommendation for approval
• Support and advise markets on the commercial aspects before an investment application is raised.

3. Business Planning & Budgeting

• Support and coordinate the Budget / Mid-Term Planning (MTP) and Rolling Forecast in alignment with global standards and procedures.
• Monitor and track one-time impacts that need to be considered in budget planning and forecasting.
• Work with other Contract Logistics functions to obtain holistic overview on financial impacts from respective function initiatives.

4. KEEP & Contract Management

• Maintain and ensure data accuracy of central customer contract database.
• Drive timely renewal of existing contracts by reflecting contract status in forward looking manner.
• Main point of contact for contract management process in alignment with global SOP
• Conduct deep dive analysis and diagnostics approach to reduce contract deficiencies.

• Relevant internship or full-time experiences in the risk management area specializes in credit risk management in banking, financial services, financial technology or internet industry.
• Proficiency in SQL or SAS or Python.
• Familiar with regulations in South East Asia markets is a plus.
• Professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA/FRM is a plus.
• Problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude.
• Self-motivated and detailed oriented team player who is able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and manage an extensive international network of business partners and plan prospecting activities to help identify new business opportunities to drive client growth
• Draft company and client presentations, industry-relevant articles, and research reports
• Support client relationship management, including client due diligence and onboarding, documentation and reporting, and on-going support
• Research and analyse companies, individual securities, investment asset classes, industries, and market and economic trends, and prepare relevant reports
• Monitor the performance of existing and proposed investments and prepare or review periodic investor reports
• Participate in client portfolio construction.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in the finance industry, including business development and/or investment management
• Degree in business, finance, or a related field, with knowledge of fund management, investments, and finance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate client and product needs/issues
• Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
• High sense of urgency and good time management to prioritize tasks.
