The candidate must be able to speak, read, write and or translate Chinese documents into English and vice versa when needed, understands complex materials or technical terms in both languages, communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking counterparts or with Headquarters, and effectively engage with clients in Singapore and the wider region, where English is the primary language for communication.
• Experience in Southeast Asia Sales, with familiarity with industry-specific terminology in the power sector, is advantageous with proven track record in sales, showcasing expertise with data center hardware, including power solutions, cooling solutions, rack and enclosure solutions, and monitoring and edge solutions, particularly in electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Strong market analysis, promotion, and development skills, with a keen sense of market trends and project operation experience.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills, demonstrating the ability to independently drive and complete sales tasks with confidence.
• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.
