Requirement

The Asset & Wealth Management Strategic Transformation Office is a recently established entity tasked with overseeing comprehensive large-scale transformations. • Develop TB’s deposit pricing and rate management strategy, improved deposit quality, better forecasting accuracy, enhanced controls, and stronger collaboration between Markets, Coverage and TB Sales.

Financial and Performance Reporting

Support the design, implementation, analysis, and renewal of key performance indicators and deposit analytics:

• Weighted average pricing on a portfolio basis.
• Comprehensive deposit drivers and forecasts including deposit behaviour, to provide senior managers with data-based business intelligence and insight.
• Coordinate deposit and liquidity information gathering for use as management information in key committees and forums, including with senior management.
• Act as a key liaison point regarding deposit portfolio performance and coordinate the alignment of Treasury and Finance stakeholders in APAC;
• Identify and indicate leading and lagging key performance indicators such as deposit rates, weighted average interest rates, net interest margins, and funds transfer price

Customer

Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both externally and within MUFG including:

• Colleagues across the region to deliver an integrated service for our customers.
• Transaction Banking Sales to understand the customer’s product requirements and recommend solutions.
• Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support delivering seamless transactions to the customer. Departments including but not limited to Operations, Credit and Planning.
