• Ensure proper functionality of VCMS-hosted media in online lessons after media replacement and updates.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel).

• Basic experience in Media Production and/or Graphic Design.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Position Overview:Based in Singapore, our Marketing Management Trainee will be a vital part of our marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role is designed for recent graduates looking to make an impact in KOL management, social media operations, consumer research, and the execution of new product launch events. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our dynamic team. Regular travel within the region is required.

Key Responsibilities:
KOL Management:
Support in managing partnerships and coordinating KOL endorsements.
Assist in creating marketing campaigns featuring KOLs.
Social Media Operations:
Help drive social media strategies to increase brand engagement.
Support in producing content and tracking performance metrics.
Consumer Research:
Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior and preferences.
Analyze data and provide reports to inform marketing strategies.
New Product Launch Events:
Assist in planning and executing events for new product launches.
Ensure events align with brand messaging and marketing goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, completed within the last year.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Experience in social media management and KOL partnerships is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of social media management tools.
A keen interest in consumer research and market analysis.

Work Environment:
Based in Singapore with frequent travel to Southeast Asia locations.
