The Deputy Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Manager on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare master construction program and catch-up program, if applicable.
• Ability to plan for site access during different stages of work and tower crane location erection & dismantling.
• Ability to resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start work and settle drawing issue with technical team & consultants

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University
• With 8 years of relevant work experience in mixed development (i.e. hotel and condo) building projects
• At least have 1 full cycle of the project with project value of $100M and above
• Good grasp of end-to-end construction process, methodology and other technical expertise and knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills, stakeholder management skills, problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Good knowledge on method statements
• Knowledge on planning access and site setting up plan
• Ability to read and understand drawings to solve site issues

Responsibility

• Understand the ERP product development process and assist in user requirement collection.

We are representing our client, an established large Chinese bank, to look for a Liquidity Risk Management Manager for the Financial Management Department.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor liquidity risk indicators (LCR, NSFR, liquidity gap, liquidity gap ratio), conduct analysis on the variances and make forecast on the relevant risk indicators, work closely with the Treasury team and take necessary measures to ensure all risk indicators are controlled within limits.
• Carry out liquidity stress testing, emergency drills, and funding capability testing, provide specific suggestions to the Management based on the test results.
• Responsible for the review and enhancement of stress testing framework and behavioral analysis methodology.
• Responsible for the review and revision of liquidity risk policies and internal liquidity risk limits. Assist to conduct comprehensive impact analysis on the adjustments of regulatory and Head Office’s liquidity risk limits.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and survey (i.e. MAS CRAFT, MAS IWST) and other follow-up inquiries.
• Assist in the upgrading or modifications of liquidity risk management system and other ad-hoc reports and data analysis related jobs.

Requirements

• A recognized University Degree, preferably in Finance, Statistics, Accounting or programing related fields.
• More than 2 years of liquidity risk management experience in banking and/or financial services industry.
• Strong data analytical skills and proficient in the use of MS Excel/VBA/Access.
• Proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage as incumbent is required to understand Chinese documents from the Head Office.

Wealth Management Executive Officer

Area of responsibility

Administration (Front)

• First point of contact to help with client onboarding.
• Prepare documentation for bank account opening.
• Actively maintain and update client database.
• Monthly recording of AUM for the preparation of fee calculation.
• Liaise with internal (compliance and Finance department) and external parties (custodians, insurance etc) to ensure smooth and timely account servicing & opening.
• Downloading and sending of (i) monthly statements to end clients and (ii) ad hoc statement request by wealth managers.
• Assist with operational issue between banks and Swiss-Asia
• Archive statements electronically and ensure internal sharing and distribution. (Finance department, to managers and clients)
• Assist with order placement and remittance instructions.
• Onboarding of new service provider:

o liaise with legal department,

o assist with due diligence on 3rd party,

o ensure documentation is processed effectively.

• Answer queries from internal & external stakeholders in relation to the work of Wealth Management department
• Assist Compliance with

o the monthly in and out cash transaction check (involves discussing with managers) if there are issues

o the monthly sample check on advisory trades (verification of client pre/post approval) if there are issues.

o the KYC refresher when it is not straight forward

• Liaise with bank to update signatories list.
• Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by the Team Head.

Reporting and calculation (Back)

• Actively maintain and update commission table.
• Maintaining retrocession statements / approval and ensure internal sharing and distribution (to finance department, to wealth managers)
• Preparation of (i) Management fee, (ii) Performance (iii) CAS fees calculation
• Quarterly

- liaison with fund houses for trailer fees collection & allocation to Wealth Manager.

- liaison with custodians to claim for retrocessions & allocation to Wealth Manager.

• Monthly manual portfolio monitoring on accounts performance.
• Gathering of data for MAS survey.
• Assist with order placement and cash instructions.
• Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by the Team Head.

The Company

With global presence in strategic locations and extensive network in the market, this is a dominant player within the maritime industry. Due to business expansion, there is a newly created Manager, Cash Management role to be based in the Singapore office.

The Role

Reporting to the Treasury Leader and working in a team, you will manage the liquidity position of the Group, including effecting payments and monitoring receipts, look after all matters relating to bank accounts and cash management platform, reconciliation of cash/account balances (actual vs anticipated receipts) including foreign currency, maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets on a number of accounts. You will also arrange payments and ensuring sufficient cash reserves for upcoming payments across various bank accounts including in foreign currencies. Optimising interest income on cash balances, fixing money market deposits with banks/financial institutions. Following up with banks on payments and receipts as well as general communication. Checking bank charges and interest accrued (both credit and debit). Preparation of cash flow projections & reports. Other key responsibilities include maintenance and opening of bank accounts (including those pledged to banks), updating details of bank accounts, authorized signatories, addresses etc. You are also responsible for all KYC documentation, co-ordinating with banks on the annual audit confirmation required by auditors, performing compliance checks on the payment transactions and keeping in constant contact with principals, and other companies working for the same principals.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance with ideally 5 years of relevant cash management experience in a mid-large MNC. We are looking out for a meticulous and self-motivated Cash Management Manager with excellent interpersonal skills. It is essential to have good Excel skills and it will be advantageous to have prior working knowledge of Kyriba treasury management system.
