Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Operations in developing project brief, proposal, design intent, pre-qualification of contractor, tender document prior to calling of tender.
• Attend regular meetings or site inspections with Management/Consultant/Contractors, assess contractors’ claims and variations, prepare or review reports in accordance to the status of the project.
• Coordination of work for the on-going upgrading of commercial building including Upgrading of PV Panels, Façade Lighting Upgrading, Restroom and Lobbies Upgrading, or any other assigned AEI projects.
• Coordination of M&E operation tasks and site inspection work as and when necessary.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders within the organization and monitor contractors’ performance against the project plan.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Building Services or equivalent discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experiences.
• Experience in sustainability practices, Green Mark Accredited Professional.
• Experience in Project Management and coordination of M&E/C&S/Architectural works within operational building.

Role Summary:

The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. • PMP or Prince2 certified or any other relevant PM certification.
