Fabrica AI is creating a future where ideating and developing a robot for any task takes days, not years. We believe that by training end to end controls in simulation with reinforcement learning and above that iterating hardware designs, we can automate the whole development process.

To validate our approaches for our AI system and to collect data, we invented an automatic tile grouting robot that boosts productivity by up to 5x and are piloting it on construction sites in Singapore managed by Woh Hup, BHCC, Gin Chia, Soilbuild, Chan Rong Fen, and Dragages. Tile grouting is the process of filling up the gaps between tiles after the tiles have been laid. • Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) – work with line managers in ensuring the quarterly RCSA risk and control review accurately reflects the current risk environment and quality of operational controls. During these reviews, define thematic RCSA issues to help structure remediation plans regarding significant open risks or control deficiencies
• Work closely with other risk managers across locations supporting Front Office, Operations, and Engineering to share key initiatives and develop integrated risk solutions

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

This role requires an energetic self-starter that can liaise with various Global Banking and Markets teams both regionally and globally. Solid understanding of the Global Banking and Markets franchise offered by the Firm and experience within a risk management context are required. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills along with an interest in the broader control environment within financial services are essential to succeed in this role.

• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate issues and ideas with different levels across Global Banking and Markets stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand complex workflows, and excellent attention to details

There is also opportunity within the role to learn and apply advanced analytics software to develop low code risk management solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid knowledge & experience in the Financial Industry
• Prior experience in Global Markets Operations and with / in sales and trading
• First Line or Second Line Risk functions, Internal Audit, Regulatory background and / or experience is a plus
• Project management skills
• Strong Microsoft skills
• Risk management certifications, such as CERP

You will be responsible for:

Shaping, stabilizing, and maintaining the solution architecture for bids and projects throughout all lifecycle phases

Designing and proposing innovative technical solutions that align with customer needs while adhering to the business's product/system technical strategy.

Evaluating architectural and technical choices to balance customer requirements, technical solutions, cost, and risk.

Ensuring the solution architecture is optimized to meet product requirements by:

• Identifying key architectural drivers.

• Support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.
