This position plays a key role in enhancing Singapore's regional presence and is accountable to the director. Here are some of the primary responsibilities you will manage: Discover and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals. Cultivate strong relationships with partners, clients, and other stakeholders. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals and manage the social media and marketing aspects of it.

A simple giveaway where participants post a selfie or video showing their fresh-faced look after using a facial treatment product or service, tagging the brand and using a campaign hashtag.)

• Lead & own the process of preparation of design deliverables with due consideration for applicable codes and standards.
• Interface with Leads of other departments to reflect the as date input from other departments, as applicable
• Take ownership of deliverables producted & their quality
• Capture all changes/modifications in the deliverables that has been intimated by Project, prior to release of deliverable.
• Ensure appropriate checking & review of all documents/drawings before release at any revision status
• Work planning/forecast and effective utilization of manpower,progress monitoring and adherence to scheduled completion of engineering documents.
• control of quality for engineering documents regarding Quality assurance basis
• Keep project manager informed on progress of project, with agreed periodicity & milestones.
• Monitor budget compliance of design deliverable production
• Coordination with the other Engineering disciplines, client, and vendors .
• Perform System level evaluation, analyse faults/failures, and recommend solution.
• Manage and develop the engineering design work
• Appointed as SME for development engineering standards for the department.
• Coordinate with the drafting office on engineering drawings.
• Responsible for the quality of the engineering work and processes.
• Manage, control, and supervise the integration and engineering work for the projects.
• Recommend engineering solutions and alternatives to meet the project schedule, budget and quality.
• Prepare technical and design documentation and reports (Block Diagram, Bill of Material, Functional Design Specification, Termination Drawings, Calculation report, Cable wiring diagram...etc.)
• Develop system, Integration and simulation test requirements, planning acceptance criteria and perform testing
• Conduct product Factory and Site acceptance test with clients.
