RESPONSIBILITY AND JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Work closely with Sales Manager

2) In charge of coordinating and liaising all site works (own work + subcons/vendors)

3) Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise; update to PM

4) Ensure all works on site proceed smoothly and according to schedule

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1) Responsible and accountable

2) Adaptive and quick to handle challenges on site

3) Able to multi-task and manage several things at one time

4) Able to handle stress/pressure and work hard with tight deadlines

5) Experience using computers for a variety of tasks (e.g emails)

6) Preferable skillful with Autocad

KSK Design and build Pte Ltd is a renovation company providing full end to end interior design and renovation services for both residential and commercial customers.

We are having our own in-house aluminium and glass fabrication services for window, doors, skylight, trellis, staircases, etc.

Construction industry

a) Looking for experience project executive or project manager to handle daily on site tools-box meetings together with main contractors.

b) Liaising with sub-contractors to come out with project schedule and work within the desire project timeframe for each project.

c) He / she must be able to work independently with mininium supervision.

d) Having experiences in AutoCAD drawing and 3D rendering drawing experiences are prefer.

e) Able to work under pressure without compromising on the agreed projects completion time schedule.

· Location: Woodlands

· Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8am - 5pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus (1-3 Months) + Transport Allowance + 14 Days Annual Leave

· Attend to main-con request and site meetings

Requirements:

· At least 2 years of working experience with in the related field is required for this position

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Words, Project , Auto CAD etc

· Project management skills with experience handling multiple deadlines and schedules autonomously.

· Require Class 3 Driving License
