Qualifications & Experience:

•  The candidate must possess a minimum Specialist diploma in Interior and Landscape Design or a related field from a recognized instituion, whether local or international such as the Building Construction Academy (BCA) in Singapore.
•  A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in an interior design firm or related field is required to ensure familiarity with industry processes, standards, and best practices, with specific experience in the Singapore context.
•  Minimum 5 years of continuous tenure with one interior design firm, demonstrating loyalty, commitment, and in-depth understanding of the company’s operations and standards.
•  Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, SU Podium, and Photoshop for image post-processing and preparation of marketing materials.

Role & Responsibilities:

a) Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.

e) To coordinate and liaise with Client’s representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.

f) Liaise with client or consultant for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessary records are maintained at site. Assist Contract department (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims from Contractors.

g) Attend regular meetings with Client’s Representative, Consultants and/or Contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule

h) Establish proper and effective document control system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings, project documents and specifications.

i) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Requirements

· Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)

· At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the Construction Industry and Infrastructure

· Work Location: Changi

8. Work closely with Sales, engineering, and aftersales team to provide consultation to stakeholders, especially customers to enable a comprehensive appreciation of electric vehicles, in terms of its capability of producing zero emissions, reduce carbon and its features and performance.
9. Assist in documentation of new product/vehicles homologation approval process.
10. Any other ad hoc duty assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience.
3. Interested and experience in EV.
4. Familiar with local bus vendors.
5. Good command in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with China HQ colleague.
