Job Scope: Project Coordinator/Sales – Mediapro AV Pte. Ltd.
The Project Coordinator/Sales role combines project management and sales responsibilities to ensure seamless project execution while driving business development and client satisfaction. The role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving
skills to bridge operational and client-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination:
◦ Plan and coordinate AV projects from inception to completion.
◦ Develop project timelines, schedules, and resource requirements.
◦ Liaise with internal teams (technical, warehouse, and operations) to ensure project alignment.
◦ Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to meet deadlines and client expectations.
◦ Ensure all project deliverables are met within budget and scope.
2. Sales Support and Development:
◦ Identify potential clients and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
◦ Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
◦ Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose suitable AV solutions.
◦ Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to secure business deals.
3. Client Relationship Management:
◦ Serve as the main point of contact for clients during projects.
◦ Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
◦ Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
◦ Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
◦ Track sales performance metrics and prepare periodic sales reports.
◦ Maintain accurate client and project records in CRM systems.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
◦ Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
◦ Ensure effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
◦ Provide regular updates on project and sales progress to management.
6. Quality and Compliance:
