• Possess strong skillset in software for project management and 2D/3D drawings
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction management and supervision of architectural works

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise landed property reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the assigned project in accordance with company's policy
• Monitor the performance of the projects, sub-contractors and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of projects
• Communicate, implement, and monitor company's policy to the project team for the effective implementation of the policy
• Identify potential construction problems, instigate preventive measures, standardization and innovate technique in related to selective construction process
• Review, advise and resolve on contractual, technical matters and comment on sub-contracts in related to the projects
• Chair internal project reviews meeting with project team and report on the performance for director's information
• Establish, develop, monitor and maintain project budget, programme, resources allocation, quality plan, environmental issues, and safety plan in accordance with company's requirement
• Liaison with Client, Architect and consultants for performance and co-ordination of the project

Requirements

• Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering or other construction related subject
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience with at least 4 years in managerial grade in construction field
• Strong management, communication and problem solving skills
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field
• Able to communicate in English & Chinese (to liaise with Mandrain speaking associates)

The successful candidate will be awarded a 1 year contract with completion bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights of financial performance to senior management
• Monitor and assess the impact of financial trends on the organization’s financial stability.

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage cash flow to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Forecast and analyze cash requirements to support operational needs.

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and regulatory inspections.

Financial Controls:

• Establish and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets.
• Regularly review and update financial policies and procedures.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

Tax Planning and Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns.
• Collaborate with tax advisors to optimize the organization's tax position.
• Check and ensure timely and accurate quarterly submission of GST return to IRAS.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or ACCA or related field.
• Proven experience in statutory reporting and group consolidation
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Responsible for daily receipt/ bank posting and ensure all incoming funds are accounted for;
• Follow up on unidentified receipts and ensure that receipts are updated promptly;
• Follow up on outstanding balance and monitor for late payment charges
• Creation of customers' invoices
• Other adhoc duties as required.

Period: Feb 2025 to May 2025 (4 months)

Working hours: between 10am to 4pm (can be discussed)

Salary will be determined based on the number of hours and days committed per week.
