Requirements

• Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering or other construction related subject
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience with at least 4 years in managerial grade in construction field
• Strong management, communication and problem solving skills
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field
• Able to communicate in English & Chinese (to liaise with Mandrain speaking associates)

Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure compliance with time, cost, quality and safety
• Monitor the full construction process including handling over
• Collaborate closely with architect, client, consultant, project manager and contractor to review technical drawings, address discrepancies and facilitate timely resolutions
• Co-ordinate Architectural/Structural/M&E drawings and liaise with contractors for compliance with contract and authorities’ requirements
• Participate in meetings with client, consultants and contractor to monitor work progress, address technical/construction matters

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction Management or a related field
• Possess strong skillset in software for project management and 2D/3D drawings
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction management and supervision of architectural works
• Strong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings and project management
• Possess relevant knowledge in authorities’ requirements
• Able to engage with clients, consultants and contractors
• Good communication skills

Mandatory Skill-set

Desired Skill-set

• Experience in Hospitality/ Leisure based applications;
• Agile / Scrum certified;
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification.

• Translate business needs to ensure that developers and business users have a common consent;
• Articulate business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications;
• Facilitate the tracking and reporting of project progress, issues, and risks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones;

What you will be working on

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of Self-Employed Person (SEP) instalments and deferments, along with ensuring the enforcement of SEP-related obligations.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement effective strategies and systems for the efficient collection of MediSave contributions through GIRO instalments.
• Lead comprehensive reviews of operational policies and procedures, utilizing data trends, ground experience, and member feedback to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve complex issues and spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at improving the GIRO collection process.
• Coach and mentor a team of Executives to address performance gaps, develop critical competencies, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with departmental objectives.

As a Social Worker (Case Management), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the care process, referral system, and follow-up procedures.
  Supervise the team to ensure care and support are delivered in alignment with the overall program objectives, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Coordinate care and connect clients with the appropriate resources and support, including caregiver assistance.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, such as community partners and relevant agencies, to enhance collaborative efforts in delivering care and support to clients and caregivers.
• Establish, review, and refine work and communication workflows, including identification, referral, and escalation processes, and ensure the development and updates to the service manual.
• Analyze and review collated data, monitoring team progress and performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims and data to AIC.
• Maintain and secure program data and documents in accordance with program requirements and data protection regulations.
• Oversee the training and professional development of the team to ensure they possess the relevant competencies to provide appropriate care and support for clients and caregivers, in line with the intended care model.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Department Head.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Sociology/Gerontology/Counselling
• Minimum 3 years' experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore
• Good knowledge of the geriatrics and community services
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications
