• Exposure with developers & institutional developers.
• Conversant with different type of contracting procedures.
• Able to handle business development on their own.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting the tender and business development team, project clients and consultants in their tender bids.
• Manage relationship with existing and potential clients to develop new opportunities and advance organisation’s business interests.
• Business development experience in the contract market with high-end architects, Consultants and end-user clients.
• Take charge of client acquisition and create new business opportunities to maintain the company’s relevance and competitive edge.
• Conduct the necessary market analysis to identify potential working partners for targeted projects.
• Communicate with the potential clients, consulting firms etc. to collect the information of targeted projects.
• To perform market research and identify prospective local projects leads.
• Resourceful and possess good market intelligence on potential upcoming projects.
• Good working knowledge of general construction

Requirements:
• Minimum Master's Degree in Architecture / Structure / M&E / Quantity Surveying/Management.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction industry and having knowledge of the construction business and marketplace.
• Team player.
• Career growth development.
• Able to update and ensure company introduction and other marketing materials are up to date and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness.
• Able to identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities and generate monthly reports for management.
• Build and maintain relations with Client, Architect, Consultants, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional presentations to clients.
• Manage and build positive relationships with existing clients.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to build good relationships with clients and working partners.
Willingness to travel overseas frequently for business matter.
