Business Development Manager Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus

• Assist the project manager to ensure that projects are executed according to schedule.

• Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained.
• Assist in Tender where necessary.
• Prepare Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test plan (ITPL) and test packages (as per contract requirements).
• Compiling of quality document.

• Continuous Improvement Process on Quality Documents by integrating IFW focused Lessons Learned from project execution.
• To conduct Safe Behavior Observation (SBO).
• Assist with investigation of dangerous occurrence, accidents/ incidents and near misses at work site with Project Manager and Safety Team.
• Able to understand operation sequence, designs and coordination of drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and knowledge in AutoCAD software will pose an added advantage.
• Possess high level of integrity and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing (RT, PT, MT, VT).
• Independent, good decision making, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (where necessary).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage full sets of financial accounts.
• Review daily accounts payable transactions.
• Review payment transactions for accuracy.
• Manage monthly intercompany transactions effectively.
• Record necessary journal entries accurately and timely.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns.
• Provide supervision and guidance to the finance assistant.
• Prepare audit schedules and support for the annual statutory audit and corporate tax procedures.
• Collaborate with auditors and tax agents to address queries related to tax and audit matters.
• Support communication with the corporate secretary and handle ad-hoc reporting duties.
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills

• Accounting degree or diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience with full set & management reporting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Positive, organized, proactive, meticulous, and good time management.
• Strong sense of task ownership.
