• Coordinate and resolve site issues with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, Clients and Authorities through meetings and/or correspondence
• Manage the project site and ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Diploma in Construction/ Building Management/ Facilities Management and/or Equivalent and/or higher qualifications.
• Relevant past experience in RR and A&A industries.
• Skills and Knowledge: Preferably literate and bilingual for English and Mandarin.
• Preferably possessed Class 3 license.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work as a team.
• With PC knowledge such as, MS Excel/Words/Power Points/Projects.
