Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand business with malls, hotels, and corporate clients in the human resource outsourcing sector.

Position Requirements:

• Industry Knowledge: Expertise in temporary staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions.
• Regional Experience: Hands-on management of operations across Southeast Asia.
• Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and Mandarin for liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Strategic Skills: Strong analytical abilities to adapt business strategies based on market trends.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally for business development.

• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in running agile projects is preferred.
