Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

Duties & Responsibilities :

· To lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.

· To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality.

· Manage Correspondence & Documentation with Client/Client' Representative and Contractors.

· To administer changes to the contract with the contracts department.

· To review and approve equipment / materials requisitions.

· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors

· Liaising with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants.

· Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.

· Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.

Requirements :

· Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.

· Minimum 3years experience from Construction background.

· Positive personality and good team player.

· Meticulous and responsible.

· Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing school projects under the Ministry of Education (MOE).
• Develop and implement project plans in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Monitor project timelines and report deviations to the Project Manager promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
• Prepare regular progress updates and presentations for schools and MOE.
• Organize and archive all project-related documents systematically.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
• Facilitate communication among the Project Manager, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Organize project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support budget preparation and generate financial reports for the project.
• Oversee procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and processing purchase orders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance.

Job Requirement(s):

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent qualification.
• Membership with the Society of Project Managers Singapore is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant local experience in project management.
• Standby for Saturday & Sunday for exigence.
• Experience in managing building and A&A contractors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project.
