a. Manage projects that have transits to warranty / maintenance phase. f. Manage system modifications and upgrades through project implementation. Work closely with Users to justify for system modifications / upgrades and assist to seek the necessary approvals from higher management.

g. To support and carry out relevant tasks to ensure operational systems are in compliance with latest ICT related policies. (E.g. Security Audits, IM8 policy compliance matters etc.);

h. Undertake other responsibilities, tasks, projects as assigned by the HTX Management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the securities lending/Finance industry (client and non-client facing).

• Previous experience in dealing with Client representatives or sub-custodians would be an added advantage.

• Experience with different local market practices would also be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of system and product set

• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, and other financial instruments (e.g., repos, tri-party repos, letters of credit, loan documentation, etc.) will be an advantage.

Skills:

• Good team player

• Strong knowledge of PC-based and mainframe computer systems

• Good Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills

• Good oral and communication skills

• Knowledge of writing macros and use of the Access database will be an advantage.

The Quality Assurance associate will have responsibility for:

• Quality oversight of Contract/External Manufacturers (CMO/ EMO)/ 3rd party logistics providers
• Release Products (Due diligence checks), evaluate product batch documentation ensuring that all batches have been released for supply in compliance with relevant regulatory and quality requirements and comply with relevant Marketing Authorisation details. To disposition goods i.e. to approve or reject, intermediate, bulk and finished products and ensure that supporting records are maintained.
• Write, review &/or authorise Quality documents and procedures as defined e.g. SOPs, WIs, forms, PQR, Deviation and Quality investigation reports.
• Maintain and manage Quality Management System (QMS) e.g. Change Control, Deviations & CAPA, Customer Complaints, including associated Metrics as part of performance monitoring.
• Maintain and constantly improve the quality system.
• Manage and maintain quality related documents and records.
• Other projects or duties as per assignment.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement is a tertiary qualification (BSc or equivalent)in chemistry, pharmacy or a related science or engineering discipline.
• Min 2 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ medical device industry with at least 1 year of QA or GMP working environment experience in the pharmaceutical/ medical device
