We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and delivering IT projects for our key accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion. The IT Project Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key account clients, understanding their IT needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Proven experience (5-8 years) in IT project management, preferably within a client-facing role.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus

• Supervision of works at site in accordance with the design and drawings.
• Preparation and Maintenance Of daily report/record
• Check and conduct inspections on works performed by sub contractors.
• Check all construction drawings/ sketches and discrepancy to the PM
• Handle all problems arising from the project
• Preparation of progress report for the consultants
• Work in conjunction with PM and Safety Supervisor to keep the site safe and tidy
• Co ordinate the handing over of completed works to the consultants and completion of the necessary rectification works.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Manager by taking lead on the aspects of project coordination, construction sequence, and safety management of the project.
• To supervise and ensure that site works are carried out according to approved shop drawings, and must comply to relevant Authority requirements.
• To support contract department and construction inspection by reviewing final plans, specifications, special conditions, and agreements.
• Oversee the lifting planning, lifting operation, and to ensure safety policies during lifting operation are adhered.
• Oversee the contractor that is responsible for the testing and commissioning, including the inspection of lifting equipment.
• To Prepare lifting plan and verify lifting permits and permit to move
• Be responsible for managing the day to day lifting operations.
• Prepare Method Statement, Risk Assessment, and Safe work procedure for all lifting activities.
• Monitor the Lifting team’s compliance to Company HSE policy, and Lifting Plan.
• To Coordinate with subcontractors on lifting requirements on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Must possess Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board (PEB) or Building Construction Authority (BCA)
• Must possess an IES certification for “Appointed Person – Lifting Operations”
• Candidate with CSCPM Certificate will be an added advantage
• Min. 5 years relevant local experiences in Civil Engineering Projects ( Insfrastructure/ Sewer & Drainage/ Road works etc )
• Preferable in LTA/ PUB projects

Senior / Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors to manage daily construction activities.
• Coordinate with the client, QP(S), and QP(D) to resolve technical and design issues.
• Oversee subcontractors and specialists to ensure work is completed according to specifications and schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering recognised by BCA.

• Familiarity with LTA station works and/or tunnel works.
