Key Responsibilities:

• Leads and directs concurrent standard or complex projects and in the case of program management, ensure the management of multiple related projects directed towards a common objective.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.
• Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Engage project team and sub-contractors to deliver high quality works and ensure all temp works and permanent works done are in full compliance with LTA M&W Sep and PS clauses.
• Effectively implement GBSB's Project Quality Plan on site.
• Conduct internal Quality Audits, arrange site quality inspection and materials inspections with QPS.
• Liaise with authorities to achieve acceptance in materials submission, site quality inspections, documentation and compliances.
• Provide training to site staff on the deep understanding of quality standards, hold points and specifications for the site activities in advance.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience for LTA MRT projects

What will you do?

• Takes ownership for validating the project’s statement of work and contract terms with the customer, including both technical and commercial elements, becomes lead contact for customer for balance of project order. (Project Initiation).
• Develops a project schedule and communicates with the customer to ensure expectations are being met. Direct engagement with internal manufacturing facilities and third party vendors. (Project Planning).

• Lead the monitor and control of the performance of the customer’s project through its lifecycle. Key activities include task completion verification, project team monitoring, managing the exchange of project updates across the project team members, schedule reporting, issue resolution, and contract administration. • Lead the closeout of the customer’s project to include financial reconciliation, verification of job site equipment arrival, installation, start-up, and training support completion through review of internal system information, contact with the customer, and coordination with support services such as field services, after-shipment support, and training functions. • Compares/differentiates/propose alternate products with additional customer value compared to competition.

Job Description:

The Project Manager shall report to the Senior Manager of the Head of Department for Project Management and Site Integration. The Project Manager shall be responsible for the project assigned by carrying out the following:

- Coordinate with project team members in achieving the project targets (technically and commercially) set by the management.

- Execute the project plan within schedule, budget and resources.

- Coordinate with project team members, stakeholders, vendors, sub-contractors, and customers.

- Report project status to the project manager or steering committee

- Implement activities in the project execution phase according to the Company Group Management System (BGMS).

- Deliver project and system documentation according to the Company Group standard

- Attending project meetings with project team members, customers, consultants, sub-suppliers, etc. in achieving the targeted project plan.

- Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, site management and QHSE teams to ensure on time delivery within cost budgeted.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or Business Administration

- 5 years of project experience, with a proven track record of hands-on experience as a Project Manager.

- Project Management experience and proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Projects or Primavera, PowerPoint) will be an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for managing the project team to meet or exceed customer contractual requirements for the delivery of the project.
• Develop, update and maintain the project plan and schedule.
• Manage the project scope, monitor project costing and forecasts, and develop/ maintain the project quality plan.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Must have at least 8 years of working experience as a Project Manager with experience delivering railway communication-related projects such as PA systems, CCTV, Information display systems, and Network infrastructure.
• Good experience in managing LTA railway and Singapore Government projects.
• Knowledge and experience in the following technology areas will be advantageous:

o BIM modelling/Micro-station 3D CAD

o Primavera P6 Scheduling

• Project Management Certifications such as PMP are preferred.

Role:

The Project Manager will be a critical member of the team responsible for the delivery and support of technology solutions. He/she will be involved in full SDLC cycle of the system with experience in system integration.

Primary Responsibilities:
