Responsibilities:

• Cultivate enduring client relationships by offering customized loan solutions that cater to both personal and corporate requirements.
• Discover and nurture new business prospects to broaden our client portfolio and boost revenue streams.
• Review loan applications, gauge creditworthiness, and assess risks while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the credit and underwriting teams to facilitate accurate and timely loan approvals.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's loan products and services to effectively address client needs.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and establish new connections.
• Stay continually updated on market trends and shifts within the financial sector, adapting strategies and services accordingly.

Job Requirement:

• With a minimum of 4 years of experience in loans sales or relationship management.
• Proven track record in loans sales, with a strong understanding of corporate loans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Experience in evaluating loan applications and assessing credit risk.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
