· Familiar with functional and technical to verify data, check patching issues or data structures

· Have experience with system design, data structure a plus

· Have Experience Oracle Database, SQL or PL/SQL for complex queries to extract data

· Have experience with .Net/C#, MVC & Web technologies (Angular, JavaScript) is advantageous a plus

· Familiar with SCM process and IT solution for sales for the companies a plus

· Able to work closely with technical and business units as well as working with vendors for solutions.

· Must be able to prepare documents – such as Design specifications, UAT document, and user guide documents.

· Familiar with Demand Planning Tools such as Blue Yonder, Board, and others a plus

· Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Familiar working for a manufacturing industry a plus

Site Operations Management

• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of signed sites.
• Collect and analyze core data, such as sales, equipment usage, and customer feedback, in a timely manner.

Sales Performance Improvement

• Collaborate with the BD/Sales team to develop and execute strategies for increasing sales at various sites, such as promotional activities and product upgrades.

Value-Added Business Development

• Identify and promote value-added opportunities for sites, such as introducing new machines, expanding functionalities, or integrating resources from other partners.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with the product, R&D, logistics, and supply chain teams to facilitate equipment installation, maintenance, and feature updates.
• Maintain synchronized communication with backend departments like finance and HR.

Key Data Monitoring

• Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) during site operations, such as sales revenue, equipment uptime, and repair response times.
• Provide regular operational feedback and propose improvement suggestions.

Relationship Management

• Maintain cooperative relationships with site owners to continuously optimize collaboration models.
• Preserve and enhance brand image with site partners.

Job Requirements

• At least 6-8 years of experience in site operations management, familiar with site expansion and maintenance processes.
• Strong in data analytics
• Experience in F&B, Retail, Machinery, Equipment or related industries preferred.
• Strong cross-department communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with high sensitivity to key operational metrics.
