HSE Manager require for a Heavy Lifting Offshore vessel conversion project in local shipyard

• Responsible for implementing, and overseeing the QHSE management systems within the conversion and MMM Scope, ensuring compliance with the QHSE requirements
• Ensuring all sub-contractors environmental plans, procedures and work practices are properly followed on the job site
• Perform daily morning toolbox meeting before commencement work & plan for training / courses for workers etc.
• Conduct safety audit, rectification of the safety violations and advise on safety work manners.
• Advising site Project personnel of the requirements of legislation, guidelines, Codes of Practice, Standards, Risk Assessments and Method Statements relevant to the workplace
• Liaison with the Authorities, Shipyard and HQ

Requirements:

• Degree holder with relevant safety certificates
• Minimum fifteen (15) years overall working experience with at least five (5) years experience as a Safety Manager on Ship construction or conversion projects
• Prefer candidates with experience on heavy lifting vessel projects

3. Ensure instrument and control elements installation and wire termination are done correctly and within acceptable standard of workmanship.

5. Lead on-site testing and commissioning of chilled water control system, conduct thorough testing, and validation of control system to ensure proper functionality.
6. Documentation and records of T&C.
7. Handover control system to operation team in timely manner.
8. Respond to operational needs, ensure reliable control and monitoring of control system.
9. Configuration and zeroing of instrument, ensure accurate reading received at control system.
