The Management Trainees will learn how to oversees the production side of operations and ensure the proper methods of secondary food preparation being applied in group of stores in a given area/district.He/She is responsible for training the store employees, managing the area's operational and service excellence plans. Working hours: 3 rotating shift work (3 rest day every 2 weeks)

Morning – 7am to 4pm

Afternoon – 2pm to 11pm

Night – 10.30pm to 7.30am (got night shift allowance at $14/night)

Responsibilities

The Facilities Techinican ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintainance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshoooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace safety and Health (WSH) practices.

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customer's enquiries, needs and complaints.
• Perform preventive and breakdown techinical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control

Requirements

• 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills
