Responsibilities:
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to align goals, gather requirements, and prioritize tasks with regional HR teams.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and tollgate reviews while addressing project risks and issues.
• Deliver Enterprise Change documentation and ensure compliance with governance, security, and privacy standards.
• Coordinate with tech partners for permits and approvals, ensuring alignment between teams.
• Identify improvements in security governance, data privacy, and operational workflows during Darwin system deployment.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Project Manager, ideally within HR or employee benefits management projects.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise change management practices and governance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country projects, preferably across India, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
• Familiarity with data privacy, employee benefits, or insurance enrollment systems is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is advantageous but not required.
