Responsibility:

• Manage project performance, ensuring operational KPIs are met and coordinating with Project Managers.
• Prepare and present quarterly performance reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze, forecast, and monitor project costs, addressing variances and providing updates.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and statutory/interim audits.
• Provide insights on WIP, collections, risks, opportunities, and cash flow.
• Recommend improvements in project management and reporting processes.
• Review and validate project payments and invoices.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Construction or similar industry, handling various projects

• Report to Project Director / Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager
• Over all responsible for the development and implementation of Safety, Health, Environmental & Security policies and ensure that site operates in accordance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Be the Secretary of Safety committee / Member and ensure that safety environment meetings are held in accordance to regulatory requirement.
• Report the Safety, Health, Environmental & Security aspects to Management
• Conduct Risk Assessment. Take lead in briefing Risk assessment and mitigation measures
• Attend regular various PGI’s at site
• Investigate all accidents at site and prepare the relevant reports
• Coordinate and conduct Safety, Health, Environmental & Security training at all levels on site and head office.
• Conduct regular Safety, Health, Environmental and Security inspection and recommend corrective action.
• Arrange independent safety audit and follow- up on corrective action.
• Liaise with BCA on OHSAS 18000 and ISO 14000 Certification.
• Liaise with respective authorities on matters related to Safety, Health, Environmental and Security issues.
• Establish site security plan in conjunction with Project Manager.
• Organize and manage the security team and monitor the implementation of security plan.
• Prepare monthly security report for all the projects and submit to Management.
• Established suitable requirement with Project Manager to meet OHSAS 18000 requirements / MOM requirements for the project.
• Lead team of Safety coordinator and organize the work accordingly
• Experience in LTA Projects is a Must
• Experience in erection of rail viaducts preferable

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The role involves overseeing multiple infrastructure projects concurrently, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 5-10 concurrent projects involving networks, servers, security, and end-user systems.
• Oversee and coordinate a team of approximately 5 in-house engineers and additional external resources.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines of 4 to 8 weeks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive efficient communication and collaboration between internal and external teams.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and client satisfaction in all deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing multiple infrastructure/data center/hardware projects.
• Track record of handling projects for larger companies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Proficiency in managing fast-paced, short-duration projects (4–8 weeks).

Job Description:

• Plan the Project schedule and ensure that the work schedules are executed as planned.
• Review and check the Project related reports and ensure the information is accurate for the purposes of quotation submission or invoicing for completed works or following up action if required rectification works.
• Assign tasks to the team when there are breakdown/calls from the clients.
• Monitor and follow up on procurement of parts and perform price negotiation to meet budget.
• Provide supervision to the Engineers and Technicians/Subcons for day-to-day work and follow work processes.
• Forecast cashflow for both internal/external usage and coordinate with team members untill project handover.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager or 5 years as Project Engineer.
• Experience in BMS/FM/ELV is prefer.

Responsibilities:

· Project formulation and monitoring progress and schedule

· Effective communication and co-ordination between project participants

· Attend site meeting, inspect, monitor and report project progress.

· Submit and update monthly project status

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent

· At least 3 years relevant working experience as Project Engineer in main contractor office

· Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Project Scheduling software

· Good communication skills
