Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Friday (Non HBL) : 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break

The services required are set out as follows:

Student Discipline and Monitoring:

• Conduct regular patrols of school premises and nearby areas.
• Oversee school discipline during assigned hours.
• Document and file discipline cases.
• Investigate and manage minor discipline cases.
• Monitor and follow up on recalcitrant offenders.
• Address uniform and grooming issues.

Supervision and Support

• Supervise students on in-school suspension.
• Oversee student guidance and engagement programmes as scheduled.
• Assist with student management, including supervision during school activities and recess.
• Able to provide basic counseling to students.

External Liaison

• Liaise with external agencies when necessary, ensuring proper handover of ongoing cases between shifts.

Security and Safety

• Assist with review of school CCTV system during assigned shift

Administrative Support

• Assist Internal Assessment Committee with escort duties during examinations as per shift schedule.
• Provide administrative and technical support as required during the assigned shift.

Additional Responsibilities

• During HBL days and school holidays, officers will be attached to the School Admin Team and/or School Operations Team to assist with administrative tasks and operational duties as assigned.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline: preferably from a local polytechnic (those without a diploma and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply)
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
