Job Title: Project Manager (Agile Implementation)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of project management experience, including managing at least one full project lifecycle using Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor project performance, reporting on progress, and ensuring adherence to project standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project management.
• Agile Implementation: Proven experience in managing at least one full implementation project using Agile methodologies.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications: Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Project Manager (CCTV)

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and drive large scale project that focus on CCTV installation and video analytics islandwide
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Upfront planning to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor, implement and track progress
• Manage changes to the CCTV Project Scope, Project Schedule, and Project Costs.
• Manage relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders
• Develop spreadsheets and PowerPoint to document needs and update

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage
• Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in handling large scale projects in ICIT environment and preferably in CCTV/ Video analytics related project
• Deep understanding in Agile development for software products
• Experience with project management software tools
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong in handling CCTV Projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills
• Proficient in planning, managing, delegating, and coaching
• Working location is in Jurong East
• Singaporeans only
