• Possess bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction related degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in completed condominium or large projects as Project Manager

Minimum of 10 years experience as the role of Project Manager.

Degree(mujst be PE board recongised) or Diploma holder

Able to lead a team and complete the project on or before time.

Able to do tender write up.

Those with Electrical Load Upgrading project or Upgrading project will be advantage.
