JOB SUMMARY

• Transaction Banking Group Product Management is hiring a Director, Domestic Payables who will have an exciting opportunity to direct and influence the development of our domestic payment product roadmap to build innovative payments solutions for our corporate and institutional clients across the bank’s footprint.
• Your priorities will span real time payments, automated clearing house systems, request for payment as well as value add services in fraud prevention, risk and governance services. You will also be leading partnership initiatives within the bank and externally within the financial eco-system with regulators, processors, service providers, etc.

Strategy

• Lead and influence delivery of domestic payables strategy and value proposition, specifically in the areas of consulting, competitor analysis, process design, governance, and control.

Responsibilities

We are looking for qualified wealth-planning professionals to join our Retail Banking team. As a Prestigious Wealth Management Relationship Manager, you are self-driven, enjoy interacting with people and are adept at building a network of customers via tele-prospecting and in-person interactions. With a focus on forging long-term relationships with our mass-affluent customers, you are able to tailor holistic financial planning solutions to address customers’ unique needs and grow their wealth with us.

• Provide comprehensive financial advice and wealth management solutions for Prestigious Wealth Management and retail customers, including but not limited to insurance and unit trusts
• Be well-versed in the bank’s products and services to address customers’ financial needs
• Proactively develop and deepen relationships with customers assigned to you while also expanding your customer base and establishing new customer relationships to generate revenue
• Consistently meet sales targets and all other deliverables

Requirements

• Diploma qualification or above
• At least 2 years of relevant financial advisory experience in banking and/or financial services
• Equipped with the necessary regulatory certifications for advising investment products as classified under the FAA regulatory framework, namely CMFAS Module 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A and Health Insurance
• Strong interpersonal skills and results-oriented with professional conduct and a proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets
• Good knowledge of wealth management and investment products, as well as industry trends

The Services required are set out as follows:

1.Being a strong advocate of Positive Discipline;

2. Supporting the Student Discipline Unit in creation and maintaining of a positive school tone during school hours by patrolling the school compound (classroom blocks, toilets, special rooms etc) and engaging identied at-risk students and general student body;

3. Supporting the Student Discipline Unit in investigating serious offences and engaging parents, if need be;

4. Assists the Student Discipline Unit in maintaining and upkeeping of disciplinary records (print & soft copies);

5. Assist in Intervention Programmes (e.g. In-House Suspension, Detention Classes & Students-In-Risk counselling) run by Student Discipline Unit; AND

6. Making routine checks in the school premises (during school hours) and nearby areas outside the school (as when required) such as nearby neighborhood void decks etc to ensure that students are not engaging in unauthorized or improper activities, as deployed by the Student Discipline Unit.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall project site management, planning, and execution
• Administer all site works including contract administration, management of delivery, and progress of the project to ensure the quality of work and safety regulations are compiled according to BCA/MOM requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in any related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in residential / A&A development projects.
• Experience in infrastructural projects and construction-related works will be an advantage
