Job Description:

· Work closely with the Manager.

· Monitor outlet’s expenses, making sure that all costs are within the budget.

· Assist manager to plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff and monthly management reports

· Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service.

· Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers.

· Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships.

· Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.

· Receive training and perform duties in various sections of company’s operations.

· Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s restaurant operation by rotating on each position;

· Solicit feedback from customers and staff, for areas of improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into operations.

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirement：

· Bachelor degree or above

· Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays

· Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

· PC literate, well-organized and self-motivated

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers

Working hours: 3 rotating shift work (3 rest day every 2 weeks)

- Morning – 7am to 4pm

- Afternoon – 2pm to 11pm

- Night – 10.30pm to 7.30am (got night shift allowance at $14/night) Entitled to OT

Responsibilities

The Facilities Techinican ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintainance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshoooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace safety and Health (WSH) practices.

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customer's enquiries, needs and complaints.
• Perform preventive and breakdown techinical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control

Requirements

• 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills
