Vulnerability Management Specialist is an individual role within the Data Security Services team and will be responsible for owning the Vulnerability Management. The individual is supported by platform teams for remediation actions.

Job Description Summary

The Enterprise Strategic Program Management Advisor serves as a thought leader and consultant, overseeing a collection of strategic programs across various domains. This role is responsible for identifying innovative opportunities that drive progress within the P&L and ensures the right level of rigor and visibility is provided for desired outcomes. This role will also specialize in influencing business decisions using a fact-based approach, taking new ideas from concept to execution, and successfully communicating with senior leaders.
Detail Activities:
• Manages day-to-day oversight for large scale projects; facilitates problem solving and escalates risks and issues.
• Develops comprehensive program plans including defining goals, objectives, and requirements.
• Responsible for the valuation of initiatives and applying the appropriate amount of rigor related to value.
• Drives program management and operating model standards to ensure solid execution and accelerated delivery.
• Analyzes business operations and identifies areas of improvement.
• Supports the development of reporting to identify insights on program progress and outcomes including executive visibility to risks, roadblocks, successes, etc.

Position Responsibilities:

• The primary scope is to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the Building Facility which will include (but not limited to) Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and major and minor work related to the building.
• Will be the handy man and lead for inspections, remedial works, audit inspections and engaging with third-party contractors (eg: Waste Management, Pest Control)
• Handle purchase orders for parts replacements, severe maintenance or overhauling.

Position Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering and/or Facilities Management, Building Services.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in M&E Facilities Management experience.
• Ability to lead and supervise technicians and contractors.
• Good verbal and able communicate with various stakeholders and colleagues for guidance and consultation.
• SG Drivers Licence strong preference.
