MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description:

· Assist Planning Engineer in the implementation and monitoring of project baseline programme with the given milestones.

· Assist Planning Engineer to preparing and manage overall master programmes, critical path mapping, delay analysis, overall construction sequences review, schedule and interface programme impact study

· To prepare and submit monthly progress report.

· Participate all meeting (ie. Schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on)

· Record / Document weekly progress meeting held with the client, consultants and sub-contractors.

· Liaising with internal dept to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.

· Assist Planning Engineer to developing contract and construction programmes and construction project plans.

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field.

· Experienced in Primavera P6 is preferred.

· Well-versed in sequence of works and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with CMs for developing and communicating short- and long-term commitment to ship the products.
• Coordinates necessary resources to meet shipment commitments and makes regular proactive contributions to the completion of new operation procedures and work flows relevant to supply chain planning.
• Capacity / Production Planning. Collaborate with cross-functional S&OP teams and CMs to develop production schedules that meet inventory, lead-time, and delivery requirements.
• Plan for provisions in CM capacity surge to support ramp cycles.
• Ensure defined KPIs and metrics are met and monitor delivery performance of CMs, regularly reviewing performance, taking corrective actions as necessary focusing on delivery
• Continuous Improvement by conducting data analysis, tracking production unit costs, delivery lead-time, inventory & payment term for accurate forecast and future resources planning.
• Stays abreast with industry and policy changes and identifies implications and opportunities for his/her area of contract manufacturing.
• Communicate with the CM on the order release and monitor delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in materials planning, production planning, delivery planning, S&OP, etc.
• Experience in liaising with external suppliers/ contract manufacturing

At least 1 year of working experience in a restaurant environment
