Responsibilities:
· Reporting to Managing Director
· Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned project
· Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, claims, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
· Ensure that works complies with standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
· Liaise with Consultant on technical issues & assist in Site inspections and coordination.
· Coordinate the handing over of completed works and completion of the necessary rectification works.
Requirements:
· Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognized Degree by PE Board)
· Proven working experience preferably in civil works
· Decision making ability and leadership skills
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and Project management software
· Relevant training and/or certifications
