SCOPE:
Ensure overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.
• Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.
• Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.
• Plan and lead the development of the business case/concept paper and funding.
• Plan and lead the overall procurement activities, in particular Tender Specifications compilation, tendering, tender evaluation, recommendation & award.
• Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones and deliverables.
• Build comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.
• Conduct regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders.
• Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.
• Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.
• Manage the project schedule & lead activities towards the successful closure of the project including Performance Guarantee and Warranty Period
• During project maintenance, lead the application maintenance and support services covering:

✓ Service Level Management (SLM)
✓ Service/Change Request Management (scope, schedule, budget, prioritisation)
✓ Problem and Incident Management (tracking, escalation, closure)
✓ Audit and Security Services
✓ Risk Management
What we are looking for
Proven ICT project management experience, preferably in medium to large scale ICT projects in government sector.
• Experience in IT Infra Project Management (Systems, Cloud, Network, Facilities, Data Center).
• Possess a proven and successful track record in delivering complex IT projects/programs.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for the migration, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, government stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of the migration process.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current systems and applications to determine migration readiness and potential challenges.
• Oversee the design and implementation of the new infrastructure in the government data centre.
• Manage the migration of data, applications, and systems, ensuring data integrity and security throughout the process.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to verify system functionality post-migration.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change management logs, and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and security standards throughout the migration process.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
