• Help track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze project results.

• Provide administrative support to the strategy and project management teams as needed.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions and ideas.

• Assist in organizing and managing project documentation.

-Have strong knowledge of local code of practice

-Have ability to lead project team to achieve smooth

completion of projects

-Ensure and manage site compliance with contracts etc

-Attendance to meetings with clients, consultants, relevant authorities

The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating and overseeing the design, planning, procurement, construction, and completion of the project while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality expectations. The Project Manager is accountable for the overall success of the project, including scope, budget, timeline, and safety standards.

1. Planning and scheduling of Project activities.
2. Manage on site projects to ensure timely completion.
3. Project planning, quality control planning and risk management for the project.
4. Provide direction in construction planning, coordinate works with subcontractors, clients and consultants to ensure all construction progress as scheduled.
5. Experience in Bungalow & landed construction will be advantageous.

Education Qualifications & Other Requirements:

• 2 Years relevant working experience.
• Diploma or equivalent.
