• Main caregiver of two twin boys
• Taking care of the children on a daily basis
• Taking note of the wellbeing of the children
• Tutoring the Children for enhanced communication skills (speaking, writing and reading) through activities
• Researching and planning of after school / holiday activities for the children
• Teaching and working with the helpers on the daily routine of the children
• Teaching the children good table manners and ensure they establish a good eating habit
• Teaching and guiding the children basic independent skills such as tidying up, teeth brushing, showering, changing clothes, etc.

Requirements:

• Background in Childcare or Early Childhood Education preferred
• At least 3 years of teaching experience / childcare experience

• Liaison with vessel and external parties such as port and manning agents for marine personnel related operational matters.
• Marine personnel changes for various assigned vessels.
• Arranging, communicating, monitoring and planning smooth and cost-effective crew change operations.
• Ensure correct certification and documentation in place.
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements and company policies pertaining to Marine Personnel.
• Administrative duties – managing appraisal reports, P&I, Invoices related to ports and travel etc.
• Administer ship manager system as per Co’s procedures.
• Other duties as may be assigned by Manager and Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level Education.
• Prefer 2 years’ experience in shipping industry.
• Experienced in multi-national crewing with knowledge of STCW requirements and international rules and regulations relating to crewing with 2 years relevancy experience in similar capacity.
• Good knowledge of flag requirements and other statutory requirements for seafarers.
• Some sea going experience as an Officer preferable.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Possess interpersonal skills and highly organized.
