• Manage the project end to end and escalate whenever wherever required
• Work out user stories that can be implemented, tested and released smoothly
• Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
• Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
• Effectively collaborate with all stakeholders regardless of their interests and field of expertise
• Translate business requirements into system requirements
• Bring value constantly across software delivery life-cycle, sprints & releases

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Experience in Financial Messaging and Clearing systems and Settlement processes
• Knowledge of MT to MX migration - Namely SWIFT CBPR+ , different RTGS systems migration to MX globally
• Experience in SWIFT, SIC, SEPA and ISO2022 message type
• Business analysis and project management experience in the financial industry
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
