You will act in concert with the Management in understanding the strategic business needs and plans, providing valuable Business Office support to the clinical and operational partners in understanding the operating models, identifying how initiatives will impact the Hospital and make recommendations to achieve process efficiency and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, design and re-engineer critical Business Office/Patient Billing and Collection processes to achieve efficiency in patients’ services, billing, and collection.
• Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that systems and workflows are streamlined, ensuring automation as much as possible.
• Analyse large datasets to produce actionable insights to improve Patient’s Collection.
• Develop and present Patients’ Receivables dashboards with multiple dimension analysis. This includes assessing data quality and transformations for more advanced analysis.
• Liaise with the multiple stakeholders to identify potential issues and facilitate discussions to achieve optimal work processes and solutioning.
• Manage and implement new IT systems, including the performing of User Acceptance Testing, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of related working experience
• Experience in healthcare will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Data Analytics tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI is preferred

Job Description

• Build and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients, understanding their financing needs and business objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for SME clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and market dynamics to provide tailored financial solutions.
• Source and identify new lending opportunities within the SME segment, including prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analyses for loan applicants, evaluating their creditworthiness, financial stability, and repayment capacity.
• Structure and negotiate loan terms and conditions by lending policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
• Manage a portfolio of SME loan accounts, monitoring loan performance, repayment behavior, and compliance with loan agreements.
• Proactively identify and address potential credit risks or delinquencies, implementing appropriate remedial actions as necessary.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as credit analysts and legal teams, to ensure timely and accurate loan documentation and processing.
• Provide financial advisory services to SME clients, offering insights and recommendations on business growth strategies, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
• Assist clients in preparing loan applications and supporting documentation, guiding them through the loan approval and disbursement process.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4 years experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or relationship management, with a focus on business development and credit analysis.

Demonstrated track record of successfully originating and managing SME loan portfolios, achieving lending targets, and mitigating credit risks.

Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to evaluate business financial statements, assess credit risk factors, and perform cash flow modeling.

Familiarity with credit underwriting standards, loan structuring techniques, and risk mitigation strategies in the SME lending context.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and negotiate effectively.

Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Strong networking skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the SME community, including business owners, industry associations, and referral partners.
