Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in LTA Project
• Responsible, mature, hands-on, meticulous and committed team player

Responsibilities

· Monitor the daily progress of activities and prepare daily report of the status of each assignment.

· Good knowledge & understanding of equipment drawings, piping isometrics and structural drawings.

· Capable of executing QC/ HSE compliance on site procedures and HSE Plans.

· Able to organize the materials, services and equipment for the job.

· Must be experienced in and be able to plan associated activities, scaffolding, etc. in advance.

· Able to apply for Permit to Work in accordance to Client’s requirements.

Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.

· Able to use Microsoft suite of Software including project.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.

· Good organizational skills and communication skills.

· Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

· Good technical competency.

Project Coordinator involves in the day-to-day operations of the projects by organizing and communicating the details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as an interface between team members.

Job Description:

• Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
• Coordinate and supervise the work activity on site, monitor the daily progress and keep track based on schedule
• Liaise with clients, consultants and main / sub-contractor on project coordination
• Carry out site inspection, analyse and resolve the site problem
• Carry out visual inspection on all installed components of structures
• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
• Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
