Requirements:

• Possess minimum education qualification of a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Familiar with local building regulation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
• Strong analytical mind, good organisation skills and strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities :

• Develop or prepare planning for assigned projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with client, consultants, authorities, sub-contractors and etc.

• Preparation of daily jacking record and progress report.

Requirements :

• Possess a degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipe laying and pipe jacking works.
• Experience with AutoCad.
• Possess Class 3 driving licence.
• Able to work independently.

As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
• Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

Job Description

• Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestone.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 10-15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the Repacking, Containment, and ICW operations and maintenance functions.

- Monitor the safe process flow and manage the backlog of TIW waste.

- Ensure all staff are adequately trained through the OJT program and adhere to safe work procedures and SOPs.

- Facilitate effective coordination between the operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Track and manage the budget for outgoing containment purchases, while promoting the recycling of used containment materials to reduce costs.

- Conduct daily and regular inspections of operational processes, ensuring adherence to plant 5S, TPM activities, safety standards, and proper equipment maintenance.

- Lead daily safety toolbox meetings and conduct regular inspections of PPE to ensure staff are equipped for workplace safety.

- Review and improve existing procedures and workflows in plant operations, focusing on cost efficiency and maximizing throughput.

Requirements:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
