What you will be working on?

• Engage with internal and external stakeholder for volunteer opportunities
• Match volunteers and volunteer opportunities with internal and external stakeholders at Division level
• Promote the volunteer Scheme to increase public awareness and to obtain buy-in from current grassroots leaders and stakeholders in the Division
• Work with external partners to cross-share contents on each partner’s publicity platforms
• Curate and maintain an archive of volunteer stories and materials that depict the work of managing community volunteer
• Update calendar of local programmes which will support the overall community volunteer marketing plan
• Identify suitable training for staff/ grassroots leaders and community volunteer
• Other duties related to community volunteer

Job Description:

• Work closely with the Manager.
• Monitor outlet’s expenses, making sure that all costs are within the budget.
• Assist manager to plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff and monthly management reports
• Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service.
• Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers.
• Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships.
• Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.
• Receive training and perform duties in various sections of company’s operations.
• Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s restaurant operation by rotating on each position;
• Solicit feedback from customers and staff, for areas of improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into operations.

Requirement：

• Bachelor degree or above
• Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• PC literate, well-organized and self-motivated

• Manage and maintain internal systems and developed servers for banking customers.
• Prepare and update operational documentation.
• Perform routine operational tasks, including generating access log reports and conducting patching activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts, such as software license renewals and hardware maintenance agreements.
• Respond to and resolve user inquiries effectively.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple servers, with a primary focus on Windows-based environments. (Required)
• Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL concepts, backed by a minimum of three years of experience in operations and maintenance. (Required)
• Proficient technical skills corresponding to IT Support Level - Tier 3. (*)
