About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Business Change Manager to join our Global Transformation Company. As a Business Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving change initiatives for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement strategic change plans, and support the successful transformation of our business processes.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage change initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maximize opportunities for growth.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize change opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
· Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and interventions to drive successful adoption and acceptance of change.
· Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
· Facilitate communication and engagement activities to gain buy-in and support from employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
· Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure change management principles and practices are integrated into project plans.
· Prepare and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities in adopting and embracing change.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
· Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in healthcare business change management or organizational development.
· In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
· Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex change initiatives.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate solutions.
· High level of resilience and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci or ACMP) is highly preferred.
