This position has the following responsibilities:

• Oversees client & contractor coordination, attending to their needs
• In charge of ensuring that the clients’ specifications are met and make technical drawings
• Develop and prepare designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications
• Perform design layouts of new or existing space including drawing drawing sketches and incorporate them into CAD file
• Adhere to specific deadlines and deliver high-quality plans
• Work on projects with little to no oversight and review from management

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature).

Requirements:

• Min NITEC/ Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent

• Able to comprehend schematic/Technical drawing

Job Description:

• To assist the MR in controlling and distribution of the IMS (QEHS) manual, QEHS procedures, Standard Work Method and Standards Documents.
• To administer the IMS forms record and maintaining the masterlist.
• To disseminate the internal audit programme to the auditors and coordinate with the auditors for their audit schedule, records of audit results, review and evaluate the audit findings for reporting to MR.
• To liaise with external auditors for annual management/ EHS audits- IMS, BizSAFE, GGBS, CONSASS, etc
• Supports upper management on related EHS and Integrated Management Systems matter
• Plan and organize annual management reviews, prepare inputs; consolidate presentation slides, minutes of meetings, corrective actions and follow-up actions
• Oversees the development and maintenance of an effective Management System which meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards; updates and reviews IMS manual yearly
• Liaise with external certification bodies, lead and facilitate EHS related audits (ISO certification audit, Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) audit, Risk Management, BizSafe STAR);
• To carry out any assignment as directed by the MD / GM / MR.
