Requirements:

• A degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with project management tools such as Confluence and Jira is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to interpret construction engineering drawings and detect discrepancies for combined services.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to the juniors, ensuring that mechanical systems especially in ACMV equipment are designed and installed according to project standards and codes.
• Installation of HVAC equipment's chillers, AHU, FCU, MV systems, packaged unit, VRV system and split units
• Site test inspections to ensure quality of standards and all health & safety requirements are adhered to.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that ACMV systems are installed correctly and according to the design plans and specifications.
• Works closely with the Project Managers and site personnel in the execution of task schedule
• Coordinate and work with the contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and staff at site
• Reviewing and ensuring compliance, including drawings, reports, specifications, survey, access, and preparation of appraisals.
• Manage projects or project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications to ensure cost control, maintain project timeline, manage manpower resources for the project.
• Ensure quality, sound and efficient engineering design service being reflected in project deliverable.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the building & construction.
• Good understanding of local regulatory and code requirements.
• Good knowledge in Building M&E services, with project site experience in ACMV Systems for M&E specifications, installations, and maintenance.
• Good understanding of local legislations on M&E works due to work required.
• Self-driven, independent and team-player.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Hands-on and manage existing hospital projects from end-to-end
• Plan and schedule project phases, implement and execute till completion.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and allocate manpower to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines.
• Monitoring and follow up construction progress and progress claims.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Identify issues and provide solutions to the project team to resolve them.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
• Evaluate and approve changes that have a substantial impact on project scope, budget, or schedule
• Collaborate in the preparation of bid tenders for new projects
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Attended site meeting with main contractor, consultant, architect and client.
• Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed

Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Possess 10 years of working experience in building construction, specializing in Mechanical/Electrical discipline.
• Good communication skills for relationship establishment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Possess good leadership skills.
• Independence and a problem-solver.
• Have proven track records in meeting the project deadline.
